Management Development Programmes of IIM Kozhikode are designed to provide working executives with state-of-art concepts and practices in management. Open MDPs: The Management Development Programme (MDP) of IIM Kozhikode is a fast-paced and concentrated short duration programme focusing on the advancements in management philosophies and practice. The focus is to augment the managerial skills of executives and facilitate them to face new challenges and practices of the corporate world. The MDP Office at IIM Kozhikode creates, promotes and fosters individual and organizational effectiveness by developing and offering an array of innovative and diverse programmes for executives and administrative officers based within the country and at international level. IIM Kozhikode always strive to enhance the learning quotient of the executives and help them to continuously update their learning curve and helps them to enhance their career path.

Sponsored MDPs: IIM Kozhikode undertakes customized MDPs in various management areas as per the specific requirements of organizations. Such programmes involve extensive study of the client organization, preparation of specific teaching materials, simulation exercises, etc. IIM Kozhikode takes utmost care while designing and executing such programmes and enjoys the confidence and trust of prominent clients. IIMK had conducted 89 programmes for 2229 participants during 2017-18.

eMDP: eMDP are short-duration management development programs delivered through interactive learning platform. These programs are designed for executive development without demanding the participants to take a break from work or having to travel to IIM Kozhikode campus. While our on-campus programs provide a different learning experience, many participants who are hard pressed for time and would want to take-up professional development program may benefit from this unique experience of learning through technology platform.
