IIMK seeks to admit into the programme young professionals who possess good analytical and reasoning skills, superior communication abilities, sound general awareness and exhibit strong leadership potential.
Aggregate percentage of mark/CGPA is calculated as the average of percentage of mark/GPA obtained in each year/semester.
As of September 30, 2019, candidates must have completed (or will complete) a minimum of 3 years of work after graduation. Any work experience obtained prior to graduation is not considered for calculating the total work experience.

The programme is targeted at working executives meeting the specified criteria from a range of functional / technical domains across a diverse range of organizations / industries. IIMK will also consider the nature and quality of work experience in assessing a candidate's fit for the programme.
We will accept any official document that authentically establishes your employment record with the concerned organization(s). For instance it could be work experience letters, last drawn salary slip which indicates necessary details, or relieving letter.
There is no upper limit on work experience. However, our expectation is that candidates with work experience of between 3 to 7 years may be in a better position to leverage the program features.
IIMK will follow a multi-stage process for final selection into the programme. Eligible applicants will be first short-listed on the basis of the application submitted, applying multiple criteria that includes the experience and academic profile of the candidate. Short-listed candidates will be further assessed in an elaborate process that will be intimated at the time of intimation of short-list. These processes could include a combination of elements such as detailed personal interview, a statement of purpose, personal statement and other processes/elements designed to assess their communication abilities, academic and analytical abilities, business awareness and overall personality attributes.
Yes, the international immersion is an integral part of the programme that includes an assessment component and is aimed at providing students an experiential learning experience focusing on both academic, industry and cultural exposure. IIMK has carefully selected potential partner schools to meet this objective. All students are expected to participate and gain from this unique experience.
Yes. Upon successful completion of the programme, student will be an alumnus of IIM Kozhikode. Alumni membership fee would be applicable.
Yes. IIMK will provide full placement assistance to the students subscribed to this programme, on a best-effort basis.
Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be awarded an MBA or equivalent degree
