I am an accomplished Business Excellence Scientist with expertise on both Malcom Baldrige (US) model and EFQM model and worked as lead assessor on both models for Tata Group Companies and non-Tata Group Companies in India and Abroad.

 

The companies assessed by me include Tata-AIG Insurance, Bharat Electronics Ltd, Tata Technologies Ltd, Inteliment Technologies Ltd, Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (Hybd Divn), Tata GY Batteries Ltd, Indelox Logistics Ltd, Tata Chemicals Ltd, British Salt (as a part of TCL), Godrej Industries Ltd (Appliances Division). Motorola project led by me in six countries was adjudged as the best managed project in TCS. I had mentored several young managers on Project Management.

 

I am also a certified Agile Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, USA and Agile Certified practitioner from PMI, USA (PMI ACP). I have experience of leading several Agile projects and coached more than 1500 software engineers on Agile Project Management. I had conducted two Management development programs on “Agile Project Management Methodologies while at XIME, Bangalore and 3 programs while at IIM Indore.

 

I am also Six Sigma Black Belt.
