Dr. Manoj Varghese has been the Director of XIME Kochi from November 2016. Prior to that he was the Dean of XIME Kochi since its inspection. He is a Professor in the area of Organizational Behaviour / Human Resource Management. Prior to joining XIME, Dr. Manoj Varghese, served as Director for Facebook India with the key responsibility of building Facebook India operations. In his earlier job, he was Head of Staffing and Human Resources for Google (Japan and Asia Pacific) based in Singapore. Prior to Google he had worked in various capacities in reputed companies including DELL, Infosys Technologies Limited and Maruti Suzuki. He is on the India advisory board for the Acumen Fund and has consulted with a few of Acumen investments in India. He is also serving as the Chief Mentor for the Eastern Condiments (P) Ltd. He did his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Regional Engineering College (NIT) Calicut, MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and Ph.D in Business Administration from Aligarh Muslim University.
