About MDP

Overview

Management development programmes at the Kochi campus are offered on a variety of subjects and key performance areas relating to business like Project management, communication, managerial effectiveness, organizational effectiveness, strategy and leadership. These are mostly three-day programmes and involve faculty from different areas engaging the participants on different dimensions of a practice area or domain. The programmes help the participating executives to learn specific skills, develop or sharpen their abilities in specific areas and develop richer perspectives. This is a platform where the corporates are able to leverage the academic and research insights of IIMK Faculty to nurture and develop their talent in response to changing needs of the business environment and growth.

There are two kinds of MDP programmes conducted at Kochi campus, Open programmes that are routinely scheduled and any executive could register and attend and Customised programmes which are custom designed for groups of executives from specific corporate as per their requirement
