2. Statistics Quiz Competition

                   Ms. Muhseena K.M.  of  BSc Statistics(2017-20 Batch) has won I prize and  Ms. Aswani Rajendran Vth semester BSc Statistics has won II prize in the Online Statistics Quiz Competition organized by  Department of  Statistics, KE College Mannanam, Kottayam in connection with National Statistics Day on 29th June 2020.

3. Inter Department Drawing Competition

                Ms. Aleesha Chakko of Vth semester B.Sc. Statistics has won 2nd prize in inter department drawing competition organised by Sathkriti union, Vimala college in connection with independence day on 15th August 2020.

4. Brand-it Queen Competition

                Ms. Aleesha Chakko of Vth semester B.Sc. Statistics has won 1st prize in ‘Brand-it Queen’ competition organised by Department of Commerce, Vimala College on 2nd August 2020.

5. E-poster Making Competition

               Ms. Aleesha Chakko and Ms. Aswani Rajendran of Vth semester B.Sc. Statistics has won 2nd and 3rd prize respectively  in e-poster making competition organised by Department of Statistics, Vimala College in connection with 14th National Statistics Day on 29th June 2020.

2. 18th All Kerala  Problem Solving Contest

               Ms. Aswani Rajendran and Ms. Roshni Robbin of IVth semester BSc Statistics, have won III prize in the Professor K Ramakrishna Pillai Memorial 18th All Kerala  Problem Solving Contest held under Department of  Statistics, St. Thoams College, Pala on  14th February 2020.

3. Statistics Quiz Competition

Ms. Muhseena K.M.  of VIth semester BSc Statistics has won I prize in the first phase of All Kerala intercollegiate Statistics Quiz Competition organized by Old Students Forum, Department of  Statistics, CUSAT on  3rd February 2020.

4. State Level Essay Competition

              Ms. Mridula Muralidharan and Ms. Anusree K of Vth semester BSc Statistics secured II and III prizes respectively in the State Level Essay Competition Conducted by  Department of Economics and Statistics, Thrissur in connection with 13th National Statistics Day - 29th June 2019.

5. NPTEL Course

                  Nine students (B.Sc. Statistics) have received NPTEL Certificates in the courses - “Regression analysis“ and ” Introduction to Biostatistics”.

Faculty Achievement:

              Smt. Jismi Mathew awarded Elite + Gold medal for the successful completion of the course “Regression Analysis” in the NPTEL courses funded by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India from July to October 2019.

2. QUIZ COMPETITION- OLD STUDENTS FORUM, SREE KERALA VARMA COLLEGE, THRISSUR

1. Arathy C.R. (IVth SEM B.SC. STATISTICS) & Lakshmi Sureshkumar (IVth Sem B.Sc. Mathematics), Mridula Muraleedharan (IV SEM B.SC. STATISTICS) & Kavya Krishnakumar(IV SEM B.SC. Mathematics)  and Akhila K Varghese(IV SEM B.SC. STATISTICS)  & Aiswarya Unnikrishnan(IV SEM B.SC. STATISTICS) secured 1st , 2nd and 3 rd positions respectively in the intercollegiate quiz competition  conducted by Statistics association , SREE KERALA VARMA COLLEGE on 22-11-2018.
2. Arathy C.R. (IVth SEM B.SC. STATISTICS) secured 1st  prize in the intercollegiate essay competition conducted by Statistics association, SREE KERALA VARMA COLLEGE on 22-11-2018.

3. QUIZ COMPETITION –Old Students Forum (OSF- CUSAT)

           Mridula Muraleedharan (IV SEM B.SC. STATISTICS) and Kavya Krishnakumar(IV SEM B.SC.          Mathematics)secured the first position in the regional level quiz Competition conducted by OSF, CUSAT.

4.  SKILL CONNECT 2K18

  Ten B.Sc. Statistics students participated in the second level national talent hunt program ‘SKILL CONNECT 2K18’.

5. NPTEL COURSE - JULY - OCTOBER 2018 BATCH

                Nine VIth Semester B.Sc. Statistics students(Gauthami P, A Parvathy Varma, Siliya Yacob, Krishna Mukundan, Meera Suresh, Gopika C.R., Aswathy M.M., Athira T.R., Athira A.H.) successfully completed the Course "Introduction to R Software" and a student from IVth Semester (Mugtha H) successfully completed the Course "Introduction to Probability and Statistics" in the NPTEL Courses during July to October 2018.

Faculty Achievement: Smt. Jismi Mathew selected as FLAIR member. 

6. QUIZ COMPETITION

             Mridula Muraleedharan (IV Sem B.Sc. STATISTICS) and Kavya Krishnakumar(IV Sem B.Sc. Mathematics)secured third position in the state level quiz Competition conducted by OSF, CUSAT.
